Windows Windows Beta

  1. Download->Run the .msi installer
  2. Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable if not already installed

Windows may show a SmartScreen warning

Click More info → Run anyway. Verify publisher reads Imperium42 LLC - the installer is signed under our verified identity. This warning fades as install reputation builds.

Linux Linux/WSL2 Alpha

  1. Run: chmod +x echophrase.AppImage && ./echophrase.AppImage

CPU only (CUDA support later)

This Alpha Linux build runs on CPU. GPU (CUDA) acceleration will arrive in a later release.

Apple macOS Alpha

macOS will say Echophrase is "damaged"

The Alpha macOS build is not yet notarized with Apple (still finalizing our Developer ID enrollment), so Gatekeeper flags it on first launch. To unblock it, run this in Terminal after dragging to Applications:

xattr -cr /Applications/Echophrase.app

This clears Apple's quarantine flag for our app only. Notarized builds will land once the Developer ID cert is in place.

  1. Open .dmg and drag to Applications
  2. Right-click > "Open" on first launch (Gatekeeper)
